Sims TLC was established in 1996 by Gary and Susan Sims, owners of Sims Tree Health Specialists, Inc. Since it's opening, the 6 Acre garden has become a staple in the nature education world by hosting events for various garden clubs, educational classes, and workshops.
We are home to one of the largest collections of Palm Trees in the Inland Empire. Come by and walk amongst over 100 species of palm trees that originate from all over the world!
The Joe Casey Memorial Succulent Collection features a beautiful variation of cacti & succulents, most of which were donated by Joe Casey, Gates Cuctus & Succulent Society, & other sponsors.
Go on a tropical vacation without even leaving California! Our tropical conservatory maintains just the right environment for tropical plants around the world to thrive in!
While taking a tour, take a break and relax to the sounds of running water from one of our 3 small ponds where you will find beautiful water-loving plants! Perhaps, even one of the fish might come out of hiding and say hi!
A variety of beautiful wildlife call Sims TLC home. Bird enthusiasts have the opportunity to see Hooded Orioles, Black Phoebes, California Towhee, and more! Visitors will have the opportunity to say hi to the African "Wildlife" that stand guard over the gardens!
Our 4,000 square foot Museum features a variety of collections including insects & biologicals collected by Susan & Gary Sims throughout their careers as Arborists. Antique tools give visitors a view into the past of farmers and how they lived.
Those interested in touring Sims TLC may do so with an appointment. Tours are $10.00 for up to 5 people & $2.00/additional person. Tours are available Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
